convenient location polite staff smaller room unsecured wi-fi

the location is quite convenient near the westbahnhof. it made getting to different parts of the city easy. the staff was also polite (i especially appreciated their quick responses to my questions).

the room i was initially given was a bit smaller than expected. also, the unsecured wi-fi was a concern since i needed to use my personal devices.

the location allowed easy access to public transportation it was close to the westbahnhof station the shopping street mariahilfer straße was also nearby i found it convenient for exploring. the breakfast offered many options to choose from it was a good start to my day. the room was cleaned daily it was always tidy and well maintained.

the bathroom door did not close completely i felt a lack of privacy. the unstable wifi made it difficult to connect with family and friends it was frustrating.

uneven stay, some issues detract from convenient location

broken air conditioning constant street noise

the hotel enjoys a superb location with close access to public transportation options.

My room was uncomfortably warm, i found that the air conditioning was not functional. the open window exposed me to loud street noise late into the night. A bar nearby played loud music until 5 am. sirens and general street commotion persisted without resolve.

a fairly Standard Stay

good location public transport train station bad smell dirty buttons shower mold

the location proves useful. the hotel is close to many public transport options. it's also not far from the main train station. i found several good restaurants nearby.

the elevators smelled bad. the elevator buttons were dirty. housekeeping did not clean the floor well enough. i also observed black mold in the shower.
